The 13th Congressional District Democratic Party Organization is a unit of the Michigan Democratic Party, wholly contained within Wayne County. 700,000 residents consisting of 12 communities: Detroit, Dearborn Heights, Ecorse, Garden City, Highland Park, Inkster, Melvindale, Redford Township, River Rouge, Romulus, Wayne and Westland.
